Typos that fix themselves

TypeHands is a Chrome extension that types the text you paste into it as real keystrokes, with uneven rhythm, natural pauses and typos that fix themselves. Record demos and tutorials in one take, answer in chats at a readable pace and test how your app handles real typing.
Simulation running in your browser. The extension types into real fields the same way.
Works wherever you write
TypeHands is for anyone who needs prepared text to appear as real keystrokes: marketers and agencies recording demos, creators teaching on screen, support and sales teams, and QA engineers testing input.
Show finished copy being written live, in one take, without stumbles or retakes.
Your own copy and your own accounts. Not for automated commenting or mass posting.
Viewers can follow every character at the pace you choose.
Send prepared, multi-paragraph answers at a readable pace, as one message.
Replies written by your team. If you automate, follow your disclosure rules.
One-to-one messages from your own templates, entered cleanly into web mail and CRMs.
Messages you send yourself, one at a time. Mass messaging is against the Terms.
Exercise input handling with real keydown, beforeinput, input and keyup events instead of a scripted value change.
Responsible use. TypeHands is made for your own work: demos, tutorials, replies your team wrote, messages you send yourself and testing. Don't use it on exams or graded work, where authorship must be genuine, or for spam. We don't promise that typing goes unnoticed and don't market it that way. Terms of Service
A paste is a single event: the whole text lands at once. Typing is hundreds of separate key events with natural gaps. Real keystrokes make recordings easy to follow and work in editors that only respond to the keyboard.
The small things people notice without knowing why, handled for you.
It hits a neighbouring key, sometimes adds a letter, notices, deletes and corrects, on QWERTY and ЙЦУКЕН layouts. Choose Off, Low, Med or High.
From a careful two-finger pace to a fast touch typist (30 to 130 words per minute), with up to ±40% variation on every key.
Characters arrive as genuine key events through Chrome's own input layer. Google Docs and many rich editors only respond to the keyboard, so that is what TypeHands sends.
Longer breaks after sentences and new lines, short ones after commas, and now and then a moment to think.
Line breaks can go out as Shift+Enter, so a chat app never sends your message halfway through.
Pause, resume or stop at any moment. Click away from the field and typing pauses itself, so no letter lands in the wrong place.
Your text is typed inside your browser and never uploaded. To check your trial or license, TypeHands sends only a random install ID, the extension version and your license key.
Open TypeHands from the toolbar, paste what should be typed and pick a speed. You see roughly how long it will take.
Press Start, then click where the text should go: a doc, an email, a chat or a form. A short countdown gives you time.
A small panel shows progress and time left. Pause or stop any time, or press Esc.
Pick a speed and a typo level. This is a simulation in your browser; the TypeHands extension types into real fields the same way.

Contact supportTypeHands is a Chrome extension, an auto typer, that types the text you paste into it as real keystrokes, with human-like speed, pauses and typos that fix themselves. It works in Google Docs, Gmail, Notion and most text fields, and your text never leaves the browser.
A paste inserts the whole text in one event. TypeHands sends hundreds of separate key events at the speed you choose, so recordings are easy to follow and editors that only listen to the keyboard accept the text.
Yes. Keep the input method on Native keys (the default). Google Docs listens only to real key presses, and that is what this mode sends.
Native keys mode uses Chrome's built-in input interface, the same one automated testing tools use, to send key presses to the tab you are typing in. Chrome shows that notice while typing and removes it when typing ends.
Prefer not to see it? Switch to Compatible mode. It works in most fields, but not in Google Docs.
A 600-character message (about 120 words) takes about 4:00 at 30 WPM, 1:51 at 65 WPM and 0:55 at 130 WPM, plus natural pauses. The extension shows an estimate before you start.
TypeHands is built and tested for Google Chrome 116 or newer on Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS. Firefox and Safari aren't supported.
No. Typing happens entirely inside your browser. Your text is saved only in Chrome's extension storage on your device, so it's there next time; press Clear in the extension to remove it. To check your trial or license, TypeHands sends a random install ID, the extension version and your license key to its server, never what you type. See the Privacy Policy.
Pro is every feature after the 3-day trial. Monthly and Yearly differ only in how often you pay: a year costs the same as 10 months. Buy it inside the extension: open TypeHands, press Get Pro, choose the number of devices and pay by card or crypto. Pro switches on by itself, and you get a license key and an activation link for your other browsers.
Typing pauses until you choose a plan. Your settings and saved text stay where they are.
Every plan includes 3 devices. A device is one browser, or one browser profile if you keep several. Need more? Choose any number up to 10,000 when you buy, or later in TypeHands → Account → Change devices.
Extra devices cost less the more you add: $0.40 each for devices 4–25, $0.15 for 26–100, $0.05 for 101–1,000 and $0.03 above that, per month (10 times that per year). For example, 10 devices cost $6.79 a month, 100 cost $24.04 and 1,000 cost $69.04. A key belongs to you or your company: use it on your own and your team's browsers, but don't publish or resell it.
Use the activation link. It opens after payment and is always in TypeHands → Account → Copy activation link. Open it in any browser or profile where TypeHands is installed and Pro turns on there: no login, no password, no typing the key.
Managing many profiles in a profile manager? Set the activation link as their start page, and each profile activates itself the first time it opens. A device that hasn't been used for 30 days frees its slot by itself; you can also free it right away with Remove this device, or free every other device at once with Sign out other devices (once a day).
To cancel, open TypeHands → Account → Manage subscription; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. To change the number of devices, use Account → Change devices: added devices are charged for the rest of the current period, and fewer devices lower your next payment. Crypto periods don't renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

No. TypeHands is a production tool for demos, tutorials, prepared replies and testing. Don't use it on exams or graded work, where authorship must be genuine, or for spam (see the Terms). We don't promise that typing goes unnoticed.
